INSTRUCTORS:
Our four ND Certified DUI Instructors cover the whole state of North Dakota.

CLASS INFORMATION: 
ADAPT, Inc. follows the ND required PRIME FOR LIFE 16 Hour DUI Seminar classes.  

Classes are offered at least twice per month. 

Classes are either online via WebEx or at the Bismarck Headquarters office at 1720 Burnt Boat Drive Suite 204, Bismarck, ND.  

Classes consist of two consecutive days - 8 hours per day. 
You must attend each class consecutively in order to complete. 

The maximum amount of participants per class is 15. 

COST:
$288.75, this includes your book or e-book. 

HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CLASS:

You must pay the fee in order to get on the class registration list. 

OTHER:
Classes must be recommended by a licensed addiction counselor therefore you need an evaluation prior to registering for the class.  The evaluation must be within six months of participating in the class. 

If you need a DUI class, check the state in which you were charged with DUI for the appropriate class.  ND uses the PRIME FOR LIFE class whereas not all states use this class.  If the state you received your DUI does not use PRIME FOR LIFE, do not register for this class until after you have been given permission by that state that this class will be sufficient for their requirements.
